It is a bold step for a culture which is highly visual, because everyone is inherently trained to interpret visual art. Here, people grow around symbolism, colors and abstract expressions.
Therefore it is a matter of pride and responsibility, to be among the selected few, who bring fresh ideas to this culture and create new horizons. And, I am exceptionally happy, because my first photography book is considered to have done that on some level.

People open their lives to photojournalists, perhaps unknowingly, but they do. A person walks in to their living space with a camera, and collect images. The opening was wonderful. Many people came to cheer up the 19 photographers, who invested efforts in creating and executing interesting projects. Minutest details were given due attention in all the images. All the stories speak something about the world where we live.
